Subscriptions grant a personal, non-transferable licence to stream content on the number of devices specified in your plan.

You must not resell, share credentials publicly, reverse engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Content
Content availability may change without notice and varies by region. We do not host content directly.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Payments
All prices are in AUD unless stated. Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextgenPlay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
